At Hisleep, all orders can be returned within 30 days.
In order to be able to offer you our return guarantee, we ask that you only try out the goods as you would in a retail store and return the goods to us complete and in undamaged condition.
If items are not returned in their original condition, this may result in a reduced refund.

How do I get the return label for the return shipment?

- You will shortly receive a return label from us, which you can use to return your products.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the return shipment must be accompanied by a return label created by us , otherwise the delivery cannot take place.
